European Hotel Managers Association (EHMA) – Organisation Overview

The European Hotel Managers Association (EHMA) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the professional development and continuous improvement of management standards within the luxury hospitality industry across Europe. Established in Rome in 1974, EHMA has grown to encompass nearly 500 members managing more than 1,200 of Europe’s most prestigious hotels, representing 24 countries, 86,000 rooms, and 66,000 employees.

Mission Statement: EHMA’s mission is to foster operational excellence, facilitate knowledge sharing, and promote leadership in the hospitality industry. The association achieves this by providing its members with exclusive access to educational programmes, industry research, and networking events that focus on the latest trends and innovations in hospitality.
