How to Apply
Please submit your detailed entry by December 31st, 2024. Each candidacy should clearly outline your approach, the reasoning behind your strategies, and the measurable results you’ve achieved in improving the guest experience. We will be looking for creativity, effectiveness, and the potential for these practices to be replicated across various hotel settings.

Nel 2010 il gruppo di lavoro ‘’Rapporti con le Istituzioni”, presieduto dal socio Palmiro Noschese, ha dato vita al premio “Hotel Manager Italiano dell’anno”.
Il vincitore del premio, valutato da una giuria scelta di esperti esterni e dal voto unico dei soci della delegazione italiana, sulla base dell’attività professionale svolta durante l’anno precedente, della sua carriera e della partecipazione in EHMA, viene premiato durante la serata di gala della riunione autunnale diventando automaticamente il candidato italiano al premio “European Hotel Manager of the Year”.
