Working under the banner of the Inner Development Goals (IDG) – a globally recognised framework of personal and collective skills designed to enhance leadership and organizational effectiveness, crucial for driving sustainable growth, fostering innovation, and building a more agile and responsible corporate culture – RESILIRĒ developed a unique EHMA Emerging Leaders – Psychological Growth Programme to provide emerging and current leaders’ inner development for sustainable outer impact.

After the success of its first two editions, presented in Venice in 2024 and Warsaw in 2025, EHMA member Marco Truffelli MPsych and Dr Jan Ferris DClinPsych. have once again offered pro bono 13 EHMA Emerging Leaders—nominated by their General Managers—the opportunity to develop their leadership skills. This initiative was based on the latest and most robust psychological research, and delivered through a seven-month program of workshops and coaching.

On the occasion of the 52nd annual General Meeting in London Marco Truffelli and Jan Ferris have presented the outcomes of the project, including testimonials from the Emerging Leaders.
