PURSUING EXCELLENCE

RESILIRĒ Psychological Growth Programme in collaboration with EHMA - Developing the future of Emerging Hospitality Leaders through inner growth.

RESILIRĒ has developed the EHMA Emerging Leaders – Psychological Growth Programme under the banner of the Inner Development Goals (IDG), the globally recognised framework of personal and collective capabilities that strengthen leadership, enhance organisational effectiveness, foster innovation and support sustainable growth.

The programme is designed to strengthen the inner development of emerging leaders, enabling them to create a lasting and positive impact within their organisations. It combines science-based psychological tools with evidence-based leadership development to enhance both performance and well-being.

Following the success of the first three editions, presented in Venice (2024), Warsaw (2025) and London (2026), EHMA member Marco Truffelli, MPsych, together with Dr Jan Ferris, DClinPsych, will once again offer this exclusive opportunity to 12 EHMA Emerging Leaders, nominated by their General Managers. Participation is offered entirely on a pro bono basis.

The programme will run from September 2026 to March 2027. Over seven months, participants will take part in interactive workshops and individual coaching sessions based on the latest psychological research. They will strengthen their self-awareness, leadership capabilities and resilience, while developing the mindset needed to lead effectively in today’s hospitality industry.

During the 53rd EHMA Annual General Meeting in Cannes, Marco Truffelli and Dr Jan Ferris will present the outcomes of the initiative, together with testimonials from the participating Emerging Leaders.

For further information, please refer to the attached presentation, which includes the programme structure, key information and the application process.

A unique opportunity not to be missed by EHMA’s Emerging Leaders.
