Working under the banner of the Inner Development Goals (IDG) – a globally recognised framework of personal and collective skills designed to enhance leadership and organizational effectiveness, crucial for driving sustainable growth, fostering innovation, and building a more agile and responsible corporate culture – RESILIRĒ developed a unique EHMA Emerging Leaders – Psychological Growth Programme to provide emerging and current leaders’ inner development for sustainable outer impact.

RESILIRĒ – Psychological Growth Leadership Programme utilizes science-backed psychological tools to maximize high performance and well-being.

After the success of the first two editions (presented in Venice 2024 and Warsaw 2025), EHMA is thrilled to confirm the roll-out of the RESILIRĒ 2025-26 Emerging Leaders Psychological Growth Programme curated and organized by EHMA member Marco Truffelli MPsych and Dr Jan Ferris DClinPsych.

Indeed, from September 2025 to March 2026 RESILIRĒ is offering pro bono 12 EHMA Emerging Leaders – nominated by their GM’s – the opportunity to develop their leadership skills based on the latest, most robust, psychological science, through workshops and coaching over a 7-month period.

The application process for the third Emerging Leaders cohort will run from July 1 to July 18, 2025.

To complement the application, an anonymous essay is required, which will be reviewed by an EHMA jury.

Selected applicants will then be invited to a short online interview with Marco Truffelli, Jan Ferris and Duncan Palmer. The 12 applicants admitted to the programme will be confirmed and announced in September.

At the General Assembly in London next March 2026, Marco Truffelli and Jan Ferris will present the results of the project with testimonies from Emerging Leaders.
