PURSUING EXCELLENCE

RESILIRĒ Psychological Growth Programme in collaboration with EHMA - Developing the future of Emerging Hospitality Leaders through inner growth.

Working under the banner of the Inner Development Goals (IDG) – a globally recognised framework of personal and collective skills designed to enhance leadership and organizational effectiveness, crucial for driving sustainable growth, fostering innovation, and building a more agile and responsible corporate culture – RESILIRĒ developed a unique EHMA Emerging Leaders – Psychological Growth Programme to provide emerging and current leaders’ inner development for sustainable outer impact.

Following the success of the 2023-2024 edition, presented on the occasion of the Association’s 50th anniversary in Venice (see pdf attached), EHMA is delighted to embrace Marco Truffelli MPsych and Dr Jan Ferris of RESILIRĒ as EHMA psychologists in residence, and is equally thrilled to confirm the roll-out of the RESILIRĒ sponsored 2024-25 EHMA Emerging Leaders Psychological Growth Programme.

From July 2024 to March 2025 RESILIRĒ will therefore offer 12 EHMA Emerging Leaders – nominated by their GMs – the opportunity to develop their leadership skills based on the latest sound psychological science through online workshops and coaching over a period of 7 months. Emerging leaders will benefit from 3- or 4-hour workshops and four one-hour individual coaching sessions with a frequency of 6-8 weeks. The goal of these sessions is to support and reinforce the practical application of learning from the workshops. The program will combine workshop experiences, in which emerging leaders will come together to learn new ideas, experience the application of these ideas, and discuss with their peers their experience and how they would apply the new knowledge in their current and future leadership roles.

Indeed, RESILIRĒ – Psychological Growth Leadership Programme utilises science-backed psychological tools to maximise high performance and well-being.

To participate in the selection, applicants are invited to submit an anonymous essay, which will then be reviewed by an EHMA jury. Selected applicants will then be invited to do a short video interview with EHMA Vice President Pawel Lewtak, Marco Truffelli, and Jan Ferris.
Eventually, 12 applicants will be selected to participate in the program.

An opportunity not to be missed!
