EHMA Chapter North (Nordic, Baltic & Russia) had a joint meeting with Cornell Alumni Nordic alumni in the Estonian countryside on January 20-22.
Our host was the owner and 11th Baron of Padise Manor Karl von Ramm.
Due to geographical distance - EHMA North has members from Iceland to Russia in 8 different countries - chapter meetings can't be held very often but this time some members truly made an effort to be in place: for example Deputy N.D. Thomas Noll arrived from Moscow and Helena Thomsen from Copenhagen.
Professor Mona Anita K. Olsen Ph.D. from Cornell University gave a lecture how strengths based approaches can set you up for success in entrepreneurial and innovative environments, and conducted Gallup's Entrepreneurial Profile 10 Assessment for all participants.
Councilor and National Delegate Juha Mähönen introduced EHMA and told about the Annual General Meeting in Amsterdam in March.
For the second day in Tallinn, capital of Estonia, EHMA member Mr. Feliks Mägus accommodated the majority of the group in his Nordic Hotel Forum (www.nordichotels.eu), following a sight-seeing in the historic old town and a traditional Estonian dinner.
