Human Capital and its role in luxury hospitality is the theme of the next annual General Assembly held in the amazing city of Venice from 12 to 14 April 2024.
The hotel hosting the event is the historical Excelsior Venice Lido Resort where contemporary luxuries sit harmoniously alongside lovingly preserved splendour.
